3. Select Business Permit & Licensing Office
4. Click Register NEW Business
5. Data Privacy Consent click I Agree
6. Fill out Business and Taxpayer Information
7. Add Line of Business
8. Type Line of Business then click Search
9. Select Line of Business then click Next
10. Input Capitalization then click Save
11. Fill out Rented/Lease information only if Business Place is rented
12. Upload Requirements
13. Click the checkbox if agree then click Submit New Application
14. Select Business for Payment then click Compute Business Tax
15. Click Proceed to Checkout
16. Select Payment Method
17. Click the checkbox if you agree then click Pay Now

Safety Seal Certification
1. Visit https://marikina.gov.ph/safetyseal/home
2. Click Register button
3. Fill out the form then click Submit

After we recieved your online application, your business will be schedule for inspection.
After your application has been approved, Safety Seal Certificate will be send through email. You can print the certificate and post it in your business establishment.
